Click on The Mountain 2018

Let's get it started! the 10th edition of Click On The Mountain, the international freeride event-photo contest in Courmayeur.
The 2017 edition, happening from 6 march to 11 march, will be a blast! The Video Edition presents a new format which will give you even more amazing stuff than before. It’s never been an easy task to use the 72 hour long time slot and produce the best and most innovative photo portfolio possible to win the COTM competition, and the teams will have to double their efforts this year: each team consists of 1 photographer, 1 filmer, and 2 riders joining forces to deliver 5 pictures and a 2 minute video edit solely produced around Courmayeur Mont Blanc and during a 3 day window.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT CLICK ON THE MOUNTAIN 2018

We’re looking back at a very challenging week for the teams shooting around Courmayeur Mont Blanc (ITA)!
Click on the Mountain 2018 is done and the winners were crowned, but the way to this was full of ups and downs – storm, clouds, sun, unstable snow layers didn’t make it easy to deliver. A 2 minute video, a short edit for Instagram and 10 pictures had to be produced within 4 days. Once again, the output surpassed what was expected and both jury and audience were deeply impressed by the skills of media and athletes. Team Sweden (Adam Klingeteg, Sebastian Sandbland, William Larsson, Erik Lundmark) won the video category, Florian Albert with skiers Giulia Monego and Sophie Lechasseur (Team 3) won both best Instagram Video and Best Picture.
“Lots of action in the picture, very dynamic with great contrast and stunning light atmosphere” judges state about the Best Photo. “Great original concept, with an eye on details & color. And very good skiing” are the motivation for the Best Video.
